Description
DUNNINGTON YORK STREET SE 6652-6752 (north side) 12/21 No 40 - II House. Mid-late C18 with C19 alterations and additions. Pinkish-brown brick with red rubbed brick dressings and pantile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central entrance a 4-panel door with overlight in doorcase with consoles supporting hood. 4-pane sashes throughout under flat arches of red rubbed brick. Stepped 3-course lst-floor band. End stacks.
