Description
In advance of a development a geophysical survey was undertaken which was followed by a series of 10 evaluation trenches. In all of these trenches it was concluded that nothing of archaeological significance was seen and that the visible cut contexts were all modern in date. This was seen as been due to the landscaping of the site in recent times which may have removed any archaeological deposits.
