Description
An archaeological watching brief was carried out by On Site Archaeology on 20th and 21st March 2012 on works associated with construction to the rear of 292 Tadcaster Road in York. The work was carried out to satisfy a condition attached to the planning approval 11/03380/FUL by the City Archaeologist, City of York Council. The works monitored included the removal of a retaining wall and the excavation of a triple garage foundation. These works were completed without revealing any archaeological features or deposits.
