Description

This study by Alan Baxter & Associates was commissioned by the City of York Council in partnership with English Heritage. It is the first stage in planning the future management of the York Central Historic Core Conservation Area, and was undertaken to underpin the development of an Area Action Plan for the city centre as part of the evidence base for York’s Local Development Framework.
