Description
An evaluation consisting of a geophysical survey and excavation of 7 trenches in advance of determining a planning application on this site. The evaluation indicated that the site contained evidence for agricultural during the Roman and medieval periods. In addition there was a small amount of redeposited Roman material which had derived from a building with a tiled roof and a hypocaust.
