Description
AOC Archaeology Group was commissioned by Harris Construction to undertake an archaeological watching brief to the rear of no. 42 Clarence Street, York, on work for the construction of a four bedroom dwelling.
No archaeological features or finds were found during the watching brief, where only modern made ground, deposits and features were recorded. The archaeological watching brief was carried out between the 20th and 22nd October 2015.
