Description
Magnitude Surveys was commissioned to assess the subsurface archaeological potential of a c. 1.2ha area of land off New Lane, in Huntington, York. A fluxgate gradiometer survey was successfully completed and no anomalies of probable or possible archaeological origin have been identified. The geophysical results primarily reflect agricultural activity and natural soil/geological variation.
