Description
This evaluation consisted of five trenches excavated in accordance with an archaeological specification prepared by Mike Griffiths and Associates, Consulting Archaeologists. Five trenches totalling in area some 350m2 were opened. Four trenches revealed deposits indicating a possible medieval building and a late-medieval or post-medieval stone and brick culvert.
