Description

Machine dug renches to lay a new sewer observed by David Brinklow. Two trenches cut a medieval limestone wall faced with roughly-cut limestone ashlar. The wall was exposed for a length of c.11m, was c.1.2m wide and the core comprised angular limestone fragements in mortar. Parent record for deposit model points.
