Description
Archaeological Services (ASWYAS) was commissioned to undertake the excavation of nine trial trenches at land of Boroughbridge Road, York, City of York. Only two features of archaeological interest were present, a medieval furrow and a Romano-British ditch, both in Trench 3. The results of the evaluation suggest a low potential for surviving archaeological remains across the rest of the site.
