Description
A watching brief on groundworks for sewer repair was undertaken by York Archaeology on behalf of Avove for Yorkshire Water between 27th May and 13th July at Ogleforth. No in situ archaeology was identified during the works. The upper deposits are likely to represent
recent disturbance and service backfill and no archaeological remains were seen below this.
