The investigation comprised archaeological monitoring during foundation excavations for the new garages, dwellings and garden wall. No archaeological features or finds were detected related to known Roman period discoveries within the area or later medieval and post medieval periods. The only feature worthy of note revealed during the works was a red brick constructed culvert of a probable late 18th or 19th century date.
