Description
Monitoring of ground works within the building at 3 Blossom Street showed that the standing mid- I 9'h century building rests on early 19'h century levelling deposits overiying the outer face of the rampart of the medieval city defences. The construction of the building, and the current groundworks, therefore did not impact on the rampart structure.
