Description
Archaeological monitoring took place during the investigations and infilling of the Coal Drops between March and June 2023, with additional reworking of materials in June and July 2024.
Surfaces and structures associated with the Coal Drops were identified and recorded. The impact was minimal.
No archaeological deposits of significance were encountered.
