Full Description

House with shop. 1836-39, with later C19 alteration and C20 shopfront. Painted and rough-cast, with moulded timber eaves cornice; slate roof with brick stack. EXTERIOR: 4-storey, 1-window front. 12-pane sashes on first and second floors, first floor window taller, and unequal 9-pane sash on third floor. All windows have painted stone sills and channelled wedge lintels. Fluted bowl rainwater head at right end of eaves cornice. INTERIOR: not inspected.
