Full Description

Three houses with shops. 1836-39, with C20 alteration and shopfronts. Pink-grey mottled brick in Flemish bond, with moulded timber eaves cornice, returned across right front: 4 brick stacks to slate roof. EXTERIOR: 4-storey, 3-window front. Windows on first and second floors are 1-pane sashes to left and 12-pane sashes to right; on third floor all are unequal 9-pane sashes. All floors have painted stone sill bands, returned on right front, and all windows flat arches of brick. Feasegate front: 4-storey, 4-window front, corner bay canted. Shopfront to left continues from Parliament Street: inserted shop window to right. Upper floor windows are 12-pane sashes or unequal 9-pane sashes, all with flat arches, with some inserted small-pane lights. Windows in corner bay are blind. INTERIOR: not inspected.
