Full Description
Corn mill shown on 1st Ed OS. Disused by late 19th century.
2020 - Contacted by Cllr Norman (Hull Rd Ward) re the remains of the windmill which have been revealed/dug up? By the resident of Mill House.
Brick foundation revealed.
2026 - Contacted by a private researcher. In 1815 Mill House was occupied by David and Margaret Brayshaw and their son, John. Margaret may have passed away during childbirth in 1815 and is buried at St Pauls, Heslington. Her son, John, died aged 7 and is also buried there.
