Full Description
Wall, railings, gate and gate piers. Early C19 with C20 restoration. Wall brick with stone coping; piers stucco; cast-iron railings and gate. The wall bordering Holgate Road carries iron railings and returns at its left-hand (eastern) end to form the boundary between the gardens of Nos 5 and 6 Mount Terrace (qqv). The entrance gateway has rusticated stucco piers of square plan with plain cornices, linked by an iron overthrow which supports a lamp. To each side of the gate there are cast-iron openwork standards.
