Full Description
House. Early C19 with later alteration. Pink-cream brick in Flemish bond with brick stack to slate roof: timber modillioned eaves guttering and doorcase. EXTERIOR: 2-storey 1-bay front. Pilastered doorcase with cornice to left with door of 6 sunk panels and divided rectangular overlight recessed in panelled reveals. Windows are 4-pane sashes with painted stone sills and flat brick arches, masked on first floor by eaves fascia. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value as an integral part of the streetscape on Monkgate.
