Full Description
House and shop. c1840. Pink mottled brick in Flemish bond on painted stone plinth, with timber eaves cornice on grooved brackets; Welsh slate roof with brick stacks at each end.
EXTERIOR: 3-storey 3-window front. Shopfront of plain pilasters and frieze with cornice on bulbous grooved consoles: glazed and panelled door between plate glass windows with transoms, over moulded panel risers. At left end, 4-panel upstairs door with patterned overlight. First floor windows are 12-pane sashes with shaped lintels; on second floor, unequal 9-pane sashes with grooved wedge lintels over painted stone sill band.

The building is brick with a welsh slate roof with brick stack ends. The exterior is three story with two large window front. Shop front of plain pilasters and frieze wall with cornice, glazed and panel door is situated between the two plate glass windows. At the left end is a 4 panel door leading to the upper floors. The first floor windows is in a 12 pane sash format with shapel lintels and the second floor a similar style with 9 pane glass.
