Full Description

Shop and flat. Early C19. Brick with hipped slate roof. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and 2 bays. The windows are glazing bar sashes with rubbed brick flat arches. The 1st floor stone balcony has scrolled cast-iron railings. The shopfront has a C20 doorway and window, but also has a mutuled timber cornice. At the right a doorway to the flat has a pilaster doorcase with panelled reveals, a door with 4 raised and fielded panels, and a plain rectangular overlight. Bracketed timber gutter cornice. At the left there is a truncated chimney stack. INTERIOR: not inspected.
