WHELDRAKE MAIN STREET SE 6844-6944 (south side) 14/140 Dairy Arch and Pigeon Cote to Wheldrake Hall Farm - II
Dairy arch with pigeon cote over. Probably mid-late C18 with later additions and alterations. Pinkish orange brick with red brick and ashlar dressings and pantile roof. 2 stages, single bay. Gable end. Central through tall carriage arch with rounded head and ashlar keystone. To gable a casement opening under elliptical arch. To rear: similar decoration to arch. 4 rows of pigeon openings with landing shelves.
