Summary

A Post Medieval field system of narrow ridge and furrow in the parish of Kexby is visible as earthworks on air photographs, but appears ploughed level on later photographs. A small group of fields lies adjacent to the River Derwent and an isolated field further north.

NMR Information:

A Post Medieval field system of narrow ridge and furrow in the parish of Kexby is visible as earthworks on air photographs, but appears ploughed level on later photographs. A small group of fields lies adjacent to the River Derwent (SE 705 518) and an isolated field further north.
