FIELD WALKING BY J AND D BATEMAN REVEALED A CONCENTRATION OF 1ST & 2ND CENTURY ROMAN POTTERY (63SHERDS SAMIAN OVER 700 COARSE WARE) AT THE ABOVE LOCATION PLUS WORKED FLINT AND MEDIEVAL (105 SHERDS)/POST-MEDIEVAL (48 SHERDS) POTTERY. STILL REQUIRES PROPER ENTRY FOR SMR - UNPLOTTED SURVEY.
