Building record MYO3896 - 5-14 Earlsborough Terrace

Summary

Earlsborough Terrace is a late 19th century row of two and three storey houses facing the river. The patterned brickwork is particularly attractive. There would have been many more of this type of house prior to the extensive 1970s demolition. Described as Buildings of Merit in the Historic Core Conservation Area Appraisal. Surveyed (externally) January 2015: Brick with slate roofs. Described as being in a fair condition. Buildings have a mixture of timber and UPVC replacement windows. Some also have originaly cast iron railings to the properties.
