Building record MYO3925 - 5-7 Little Stonegate

Summary

No 5 is a three storey building (with attic rooms) in commercial use as a bar (Banyan's). Red brick (Felmish bond) construction with slate roof. Rainwater goods had grass growing in them at the time of the survey. Sash windows to upper floors. No.7 is a three storey building in commercial use as a bar (Bobo Loco's) and is constructed from beige brick (upper levels) and stone. 12 pane sash window to upper floors. Upper Floors: No. 5 First floor in use, 2nd and 3rd floors level of use unknown. No. 7 upper floors in use but function unknown. Shop fronts: No. 5 good condition original? Frontage. Both identified as Buildings of Merit in the Historic Core Conservation Area Appraisal. Surveyed in February 2015 and described as in good condition.
