Full Description

Built in 1924 in rare late Tudor Revival Style, prominent on the river frontage because of its forward, elevated position. The design presents an asymmetrical arrangement of symmetrical parts, projecting eaves, fake timber framing, leaded lights and a steeply pitched roof, all contributing to a dramatic silhouette . Built on the site of the original coach house of the Grange it was extensively remodelled and modernised in 2006. Nominated for inclusion on the Local List of Heritage Assets.
