Full Description
Example of a circular village pound or pinfold which are increasingly rare in a national context, a reminder of historic rural village life as it was used to deal with the problem of stray livestock. It's a round enclosure with a single entrance , constructed with curved red brick , its unusal in that it is placed outside the centre of the village.
