Full Description

Village cross. Medieval shaft on base with later finial. Magnesian limestone ashlar. Square on plan, approximately 2 metres high. Stepped plinth supporting shaft with tapered top surmounted by ball finial. Pevsner, N., Yorkshire: York and The East Riding, 1978, p.220.
