Derived from English Heritage LB download dated: 22/08/2005

2023 planning application documents ahead of proposed alterations (23/00906/LBC)- Generally in fair condition but, externally, the removal of the accumulated paint layers has
uncovered a number of structural defects which will need signifcant repair. The outbuilding to the rear (east) is in poor condition as are some parts of the lean-to outbuildings to the north. The existing vertical sliding sash timber windows have undergone a signifcant process of repair yet remain in poor condition and many of the windows remain painted closed. They are also single glazed and therefore thermally inefficient.
