Full Description

House. Early C18 with C19 alterations and C20 renovation including new roof. Rendered brick, pantile roof. 3-cell direct entry plan, probably originally lobby entry with entrance now moved to left. 2 storeys, 4 first- floor windows. 6-fielded panel door in plain doorcase with cornice held on brackets flanked by 4-pane sashes. To right: narrow 2-pane sash, probably originally a fire window and a 4-pane sash. First floor: band with 4-pane sashes above. Stepped eaves course. Raised gable ends. Banded left end and ridge stacks. Interior: closed string dogleg staircase with column and vase square-knop balusters. Massive bressumer to inglenook fireplace.
