Full Description

Pair of houses, now two restaurants. Early C19 with later alteration. Stucco front with eaves guttering on paired modillions; hipped slate roof with central brick stack. EXTERIOR: 3-storey 4-window front. Renewed shopfronts on ground floor, with renewed 6-panel door and overlight at right end. Windows to No.11 are 1-pane sashes on first floor, on second floor of 2 top-hung lights: to No.12, 12-pane sashes on first floor and squat 6-pane sashes on second floor. First floor windows have raised sill band, those on second floor painted sills: all have channelled wedge lintels with moulded keyblocks visible through stucco. INTERIORS: not inspected.
