Abstract/Summary
This report is a summary statement prepared following the archaeological
monitoring of the removal of a modern glazed panel that had been applied to the lower section of the ground floor staircase at 78 Low Petergate in York. The works formed part of the refurbishment of the internal shop fittings and followed discussions with Mark Barratt (York City Council
Conservation Officer).
