The DBA has revealed that there is low potential for further archaeological remains. Given the return of records of archaeological remains are mainly undated, with one from the Medieval period and one from the Modern era, and being mainly of an agricultural nature it is considered that there is low potential for further unknown significant archaeological remains, dating to the medieval through to modern period, to be encountered at the Development site.
