A fluxgate gradiometer survey was successfully completed across the majority of the survey area. The geophysical survey has identified a landscape of intense, prolonged agricultural use. Both mapped and unmapped historical field boundaries have been identified. Multiple regimes of ridge and furrow cultivation and modern ploughing have also been detected along with several drainage networks. Anomalies of undetermined origin have also been identified.
