No evidence was observed of any archaeological deposits or earlier phases of activity in any of the excavated areas. The deposit sequence consisted of probable made ground build up over natural deposits, with the possibility that any surviving archaeological material formerly present had been previously truncated. The only observed artefact was post medieval in date and therefore no further evidence of Earswick Hall was observed.
