Abstract/Summary
A single evaluation trench was excavated on land south of The Residence, Bishopthorpe
Road, York. The trench was placed to test whether Roman archaeology found in a neighbouring plot of land in 2007 extended into the site, but no archaeological features or deposits were encountered.
