In general the results indicate that the magnetic background is low, although data from some of the samples are disturbed by the presence of metal pipes. Weak anomalies have been identified in many of the samples, although they are likely to represent fon-ner field boundaries or even ploughing trends. Some areas have produced more substantial anomalies and one of them has shown a clear concentration of potential archaeology.
