Abstract/Summary
Monitoring and recording of two trenches prior to the insertion of electrical cabling. Archaeological deposits were encountered along the length of the trenches. These included two Roman burials in the north and north-east of the site, as well as medieval and Roman deposits, particularly in the south and south-east of site.
Please note human remains left in-situ at southern most entrance to car park area from Queen St (2022).
