In addition to the photovoltaic panels, associated infrastructure will include a substation, inverter/transformers, internal access roads and a perimeter fence. The archaeological work was undertaken over 37 days between 2 September 2024 and 15 October 2024. A total of 184 trenches were excavated, revealing no significant archaeology. The only features recorded were a ridge and furrow feature in Trench 33 and a semi-circular cut in Trench 55, neither of which contained any finds.
