Abstract/Summary
Archaeological monitoring and recording was carried out during the excavation of a foundation trench for a domestic extension at 13 The Avenue, York. The monitoring identified modern construction and associated made-ground deposits, and no archaeological features, deposits, or artefacts were encountered during the course of the works.
