Abstract/Summary
In June 2003, Ed Dennison Archaeological Services Ltd (EDAS) were commissioned by
Rushbond Retail Ltd to undertake an archaeological desk-top survey of St John's Church,
Micklegate. EDAS were also required to excavate five test pits ' within the church to determine the make-up of the underlying ground conditions.
