Description
On 7th September 2015, York Archaeological Trust undertook a watching brief at Foss Farm, Temple Lane, Copmanthorpe, York. The objective was to record any deposits, features or buried structures exposed during works associated with the opening of two trenches for the concrete raft foundations of two stables beside Temple Lane. No artefacts were recovered and no
samples were taken.
