Description
WATCHING BRIEF
Sewer trench repair outside 78 Micklegate
Earlier road surfaces were observed (trench unknown) and several distinct surfaces
were recorded but no dating evidence was recovered. The road was believed to be the main Roman road from Tadcaster. HER GIS point may not be accurate - need to check report.
