Description
A programme of photographic building recording and analysis was undertaken on the exterior elevations of buildings on the Merchant Exchange site, York.
The Merchant Exchange site is significant in demonstrating the variety of activity that occurred in and around the wharves of the River Ouse throughout the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
