Summary

House. Mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Brick with pantiled roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 2 bays. The facade has 2 brick bands, and a brick dentil course at the eaves. The windows are sashed. Above the central doorway, at 1st floor level, there is a shallow blind recess with a segmental head. The doorcase has fluted pilasters and a fluted cornice, and the door has 7 raised and fielded panels. Gable chimneys. INTERIOR: not inspected. Symmetrical frontage. 2 storeys. Brick and pantile. Horizontal 2-over-2 timber sashes. Square cases. Pilasters around timber door. Modillion cornice. Centre recessed panel under brick arch. Two brick string courses. Currently in use as a residence. Formerly a pub - recessed panel was used for signage. Left side of roof has some vegetation growth and in gutter. Windows and door surround recently repainted - good condition. Some unsympathetic mortar but not having negative impact on bricks.
