Summary

Off-centre door with timber and tile portico. 4 symmetrical upvc casements with faux glazing bars and green shutters. Pantiel roof. Modillion cornice. Brick and render; 2 Storeys. Loss of original timber (probably Yorkshire sash or twin casement) windows. Shutters and portico in good condition. Concrete render discolouration, particularly to bottom. Rainwater goods appear flaky. Wall partly warped to right side. Cement weathered.
