Row of cottages. 1 Storey. Upvc windows. Metal doors. Central arch feature with spire. Brick and render. Pantile roof. Row of cottages. Central cottage demolished to form entrance to Chancery Court. Condition: Generally fair. No. 44 roof and roof of centrepiece includes substantial vegetation growth. Render of no 48 discoloured and flaking. All original windows and doors replaced with unsympathetic materials.
