2018, Acomb Buildings Survey (Survey). SYO2119.

Terrace row. 44: upvc throughout. Door casement and fanlight. Flat brick arches. Ground floor twin bay windows. 46/48: original 6-over-6 and 2-over-2 windows. 48: ground floor bay window. Flat brick arches. 46-48 are 2 storeys; 44 is 3 storeys. Current use: part houses, part flats. Brown/red brick and slate. No. 44 has pantile. All windows to side elevation blocked. No. 44 is flats. Side elevation - large diagonal crack with historic wall tie. 46/48 - railings in excellent condition. Some historic brick section repairs. Roof shows some wear but OK. Side elevation suggests historic structural issues. Evidence in brickwork for insensitive removal of render - this has caused significant cosmetic damage to bricks. Boundary wall to 48 - render partly failing.
