Monitoring during excavation of utility trench - original scheme was revised so much less archaeological impact than originally envisaged. Three trenches of varying sizes were excavated both in the courtyard and within the garden area at the rear of the property. The underlying natural geology was not reached. No archaeological features/deposits of note.
